LA Municipal Code MC80.69B

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
Question regarding Los Angeles Municipal Code 80.69B

If you have a handicapped placquard visible and a sign is posted No Parking from 8PM to 6 AM and you are parked within those times, are you still in violation?

Under Municial Code MC 80.69B
1: What is the law regarding the minimum distance of posting the first sign from a street corner?

2. What is the minimum distances between posted signs?

Thanks for your help.

What does a handicapped placard have to do with "No Parking"? Consider no parking to apply to the entire block until an intersection or some other sign indicating the start or end of the no parking zone.

SEC. 80.57 covers on street handicapped parking and 80.65 similarly covers off-street parking.
