Lic Suspended

What is the name of your state? Washington

I was pulled over on nye and was issued with 2 tickets. 1 for no insurance and the second for dwls 3rd degree. I have court in the morning and just purchased insurance online but the unpaid ticket is now in collections, what should I tell the judge.

thats a great answer, but aside from that will they let me postpone it until i can get it paid?
