Question

Loading dock parking ticket

What is the name of your state? New York

I backed up my car to a business' legal sidewalk loading dock to recieve a heavy carton. This was a one time purchase. The complainant's comments on the ticket said '4 wheels'. I disputed this in person. The hearing officer said that I needed to have commercial plates to do this. Is this true?

If sign said "no parking except commercial vehicles" or something like that, it's true. Also, if you had your hearing, just let that one go.
