Loading dock parking ticketWhat is the name of your state? New York I backed up my car to a business' legal sidewalk loading dock to recieve a heavy carton. This was a one time purchase. The complainant's comments on the ticket said '4 wheels'. I disputed this in person. The hearing officer said that I needed to have commercial plates to do this. Is this true? |

| If sign said "no parking except commercial vehicles" or something like that, it's true. Also, if you had your hearing, just let that one go. |
