Mail not deliveredI had my personal vehicle parking in front of my residence, blocking my mailbox..received a notice that mail was undeliverable. Its three feet away from the driveway and there is ample amount of space in front of the driveway for the driver to pull up and take three or four steps to the mailbox. What is the Hawaii Law regarding this issue? Last edited by MamaBabes; 09-26-2009 at 07:34 PM. |

| It is not Hawaii law that applies, but Postal Regulations. Contact the local Postmaster and see what he has to say. Or, move your car from in front o the mailbox. - Carl

| My BIL is a postmaster. He has stated that there are about 100 reasons that a mailperson can refuse to deliver the mail. A blocked mail box is one of them.
