My car was towed from private property where I used to rent an apartment. I had trouble starting it so I just left it there. Now I was contacted by collection agency asking for almost $2000. Where can I find out what the maximum fees are in my state for towed vehicles? I know there is daily storage fee, but can it just grow forever?
