mis-written parking ticket

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan


i recieved a parking ticket for illegally parking in a private lot, but the location written on the ticket is incorrect; the street is wrong. i can easily get witnesses saying that me and my car were in a different location than the one listed on the ticket at the time the ticket was written. is this grounds for dismissal of the ticket?

no, it is not.
