Motorcycle on sidewalk Parking Ticket in DC

What is the name of your state? Washington, DC

I am a VA resident and I recently aquired a motorcycle. After having my parking spot "shrared" by a car recently and getting a broken blinker, I parked on the sidewalk while getting some dinner. I recieved a ticket for $100 for Violation "P047 Sidewalk, On"

Is there something I can do to reduce the cost of this ticket? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
