I recieved a citation in New Mexico for over 65' on a non designated highway. Which by the way has no restrictions posted. I have been told this constutes a moving violation. Can anyone verify this one way or the other. The Magistrate is on vacation so I can not find out from him about this or fine amount. Clerk could only tell me to call back in a couple of weeks.
ThanksWhat is the name of your state?

I think he means a vehicle over 65 feet long (65'), which if moving I would think would be a moving violation. Did you try doing a web search of the specific statute?

Moving, while going 65? It really depends on if you consult the laws governing our states, or the laws governing our physics.

We don't move. We disappear from one point in space and reappear in another point in space, instantaneously in relation to how precise of a measure of time we're currently fit with... measuring.
