Question

Need Advice for defending false parking ticket

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
I am a NJ resident and I got a court notice for missing court date related to parking ticket in PointPleasant, NJ on 07/15 at 1:13 PM EST. I have never been to Point pleasant beach nor my vehicle on 07/15. This ticket is issued for a temporary license plate which I discarded in favor of a permanent license plate two days before. I have Motor Vehicle inspection certification from two days before to prove that I no longer have the temporary license plate.
Also, I have another proof in the form of EZ pass record that my vehicle entering Valley Forge, PA toll gate around 2:05 PM which is more than 90 miles from Point Pleasant. I have a court date on 9th to plead my case.
Is above two proofs enough for me to show that the ticket was issued in error ?
I recieved a parking ticket for my temporary license,on the same street on July 4th by the same officer which I paid off online on 07/15, after making some noise (by sending mails to court registar, police dept) as the ticket was issued for wrong reason. The reason is Point Pleasant is 50 + miles from my residence and I thought I cannot take a day off. The second ticket was issued on the same day I paid my first ticket online. Is this clerical error or some kind of pay back from them as I made some noise ?

I dont have a copy of my second ticket as I am made aware of a parking ticket after getting notice for missing court date.
How should I present my case ? Do I need to mention my first ticket at all ? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The EZ Pass record only shows your transponder passed by that point, not any particular vehicle.

How does an inspection prove the plate wasn't on the car?

And when you say you "discarded" the temp plate, what do you mean? You tossed it in the garbage? You shredded it?
