    New TX DPS Surcharges

    What is the name of your state? Texas

    Can anyone please explain to me, in layman's terms, how to deal with the new TX DPS surcharge for traffic tickets (unpaid)?

    I appreciate any/all input.

    Pay it? Based on the info supplied at the website below, you have to be an awful bad driver or get DUI's for it to kick in.
