in NJ, does pleading guilty to a ticket for expired inspection cost you DL points?

What is the name of your state? NJ

In NJ, does pleading guilty to a ticket for expired inspection while the car is parked cost you points on your driver's license?

Failure to inspect doesn't seem to be charged points.
