Is it illegal in NJ to park in a driveway and block the sidewalk? Home on the corner has 3 garages and very short driveways (not even a compact cars length). Three cars parked one in front of each garage block all or most of the sidewalk. Someone else parks in the legal street spot before and after the driveway making it impossible to get past without walking almost half a block in the street.

This is very unsafe for children walking to school and very inconvienent for people walking with a baby carriage.
