NJ Parking tickets/wrong info

What is the name of your state? NJ

My car is registered in VA but last weekend I was in NJ. I parked on the street and when I came back to my car it would not start. I figured that I needed a new battery so I went out and got one. In those 5 hours I received 2 meter tickets and a street cleaning ticket. I paid two tickets but when I tried to look up the third, it was not listed. After a closer look at the ticket I noticed that my license plate info was incorrect by a letter and that the officer did not put the make of my car. It was the same officer that gave me both meter tickets. My question is should I have to pay this ticket that does not have my correct plate info? Or can the officer figure out that it was the same vehicle and make adjustments?
Thank for your help. I'm not the type to not pay. As you can see I paid the other two. Its just that sometimes common sense should tell these parking officers that you should not have to place a ticket everytime you pass by the same car/for the same violation.

But your car was still in violation every time the parking enforcement officer passed by your vehicle. You're fortunate that you only got two expired meter tickets in the five hours.
