What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey
Hello buddies, got a ticket-expired DL in New Jersy, basically am holding CA DL. my court date is 01/10/2011. FYI.
Am on H1-B applied for Extension still its in Pending.
1. what i need to submit to judge as proof of evidence
2. Can i ask some more time to show the Re-new DL(expectg my H1 extn paper shortly)
3. how to come with Min. fine amount. Thank you
