No officer signature and id# on Parking Ticket - NJ

New Jersey

The ticket for parking violation issued by the NJ transit police is missing officers signature and id number. Is this a ground for ticket dismissal in the municipal court.

Was it an electronic issued ticket?

No, it is a handwritten one - and my ticket is a carbon copy part.

You may have grounds for a dismissal, but you have to go to court and argue the case, which if your not a lawyer or someone with legal experience may be difficult to do.
