NY - Driver's license suspension....

What is the name of your state? NY

If someone has a suspended license in NY, can they get a license in another state (CT) without having to get the suspension lifted in NY?

your lucky, new york has a very good public transportation system. Remember it is not illegal to have a suspended license, but it is illegal to drive on one. Don't risk it it is not worth it. Pay the fines and get your license back!
