NY traffic court costs

What is the name of your state? Florida

I am a Florida resident who got a cell phone ticket in New York City. Could someone give me a ballpark idea of what the court costs would be if I contested the ticket? Are court costs in the range of 10's or 100's of dollars? Do I still pay court costs if the ticket is dismissed? Just trying to get as much information as I can before I decide what to do.
