NY wrong make & color, no VIN

I hopped into a NYC shop while being double parked, coming out i noticed a cop aproaching my car from behind so i jumped into my car and took off.

a few weeks later while looking at my outstanding parking violations online i noticed this ticket, but never-the-less it had the following mistakes:
  1. wrong make
  2. wrong color (grn instead of bl)
  3. year N/S
  4. CD NS
  5. EXP. Date N/S-MUD
  6. VIN# empty

can I dismiss it and how?What is the name of your state?

Private citizens do not have the authority to dismiss parking tickets.

Even Mahmoud Ahmadinejad can get this ticket dismissed.
