NYC Defective Ticket?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

Hi, i just got a parking ticket today for being parked in a "no parking" zone. However, on my ticket you can barely make out anything the officer wrote.
The VIN number is barely noticable, the officers name is verrrrry faded, and the place of occurance is just not visible whatsoever; it looks like he wrote in invisible ink....

is there anyway i could bring this into court and have it dismissed for any reason?
and what would my reason be?

I'm sure the ink on the officer's copy is easy to read...
