Officer Made Mistake Recording InformationWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California Hi there, I'm a student at UCSD, and about a week ago I parked in a handicap space during the late night, and the officer that wrote me a ticket recorded the color of my car wrong and recorded my license plate wrong. However, when i went to check the status of the ticket online, they had the correct license plate recorded on the website. Is there anyway I can get out of paying this $450 ticket? Thanks, Alan |

| If the parking cite has been amended to reflect the correct plate, not really, no. However, you can always contest the citation and make whatever argument you wish and hope for the best. - Carl
