A friend wants to come visit in PA but has a parking ticket from many years ago.

If he were to get stopped by the police or they run his plates would an old parking ticket show up and cause issues?

If he were to try and pay it now would there be a lot of interest added to whatever the fee at the time was?

Tell your friend to call up the Parking Violations office in PA. They will give him all the answers.

Usually there are a lot of late fees involved and a judgement was probably made against your friend.
