Open Container in WA state

What is the name of your state? Washington
I got an open container charge sitting in my friends car with a beer and was in the passenger seat. When I read the ticket section that states who is the owner and driver of the car the officer put same as if it was me. Does that make the ticket invalid or is there any other way to get this charge dismissed.

A: No; it has nothing to do with the possession charge.
