is the owner responsible for parking tickets

I received a notice of an outstanding parking ticket from 2001 at the atlanta airport. I never recieved notice until today, and now it has a late fee attached as well. I dont know anything about a parking ticket but i do know i have never driven this car to the airport before. If someone else got a ticket in my car am i still responsible for paying that ticket.

It depends on the law in your jurisdiction. Anyone who gives you an answer, without being acquainted with Georgia law, is guessing.
