Parking ticket

What is the name of your state? Car registered in New Jersey. Parking ticket received in Pennsylvania.



A vehicle registered under my name, driven by third person received parking ticket in Dec 1,2000. The ticket was mailed to my address but I was out of the country (still is). The driver was never notified. How can I resolve this issue. Even though I have no plan to live in USA, I still have New Jersey license and I would like to use it when I visit in USA. Do I need a lawyer?

**A: you can resolve the issue by doing what you should have done int he first place. What is that?
