Parking Ticket Car Model Modified

What is the name of your state? WA

I recently received a parking ticket in which the Car Model was originally written as Escort. I don't own a ford escort, I own a ford focus. The ticket I got was a carbon copy, on the carbon copy Escort was crossed out and Focus was written in. Can this ticket be dismissed because the original ticket was modified?
