What is the name of your state? Massachusetts.

Hi, I recently received a parking ticket for "obstructing a drive way." The police officer forgot to indicate the date of the incident and I was curious as to whether or not I could use this procedural violation to either discredit the officer's claim or to disqualify the ticket altogether. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Probably not, since he will have records of the tickets before and after yours, which will establish a timeline.
