parking ticket, no sign posted

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? MA
I got a parking ticket for parking over an hour in a spot where there is NO signs indicating that fact. Also the times on the ticket was incorrect. It stated I was parked from 8:20 to 9:40. I didn't even get there until 8:30. T
Is there a law that says a sign has to tell you if it is "one hour parking?"

Unless covered by statute, you must be 'noticed' of parking restrictions.

So, take pictures or video of the entire area... and go to court.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
