Parking ticket on OSU campus

Oops, didn't realize that that part was where I was supposed to type this up, haha.

Ok, so I parked in a space on the Oregon state campus that is marked on the pavement 30 min parking. I was gone for maybe 10 min tops, came outside and found a ticket on my car.

It says it's a violation 1602 parking in restricted area. There are no signs by these spaces saying they are restricted... There are spaces on campus that have signs marked service only, but these spaces where I parked say no such thing.
I don't see how they can enforce this when there are no signs saying t is restricted parking...

Anybody got any advice?
