Parking Ticket on Private Property

What is the name of your state? MI

I own a small business in Michigan, I have a company truck (which is up for sale and I am no longer driving it) that is parked on the premisis of the business. Can the police come onto the private property and ticket me for an expired license plate?

There are quite a few threads dealing with this question, but since I'm in a good mood, I'll answer anyways: yes, unless the vehicle is locked up in a garage or in an otherwise enclosed area, the police can cite you for expired plates.
