Parking Ticket, Wrong State

What is the name of your state? WV

I received a NYC parking ticket for blocking a crosswalk. The ticket has no VIN on it, the license plate is correct, but the state is wrong (listed as VA instead of WV).

Is the state one of the vital pieces they would need in order to enforce this ticket?

I already submitted a hearing on the web. Should take 90 days to process. On the request, I gave them my current address. Do you think they will be able to collect?

There is a requirement for the laww officer to enter the correct information on the summons. Since the state of yourplates was not written correctly, you may take a picture of your plate showing the mistake and mail it in with your defense.
