| Parking within the zone of Bus stop

I have parked my vehicle Toyota Camry at the West Side of Manhattan in front of building. Later, I found a ticket affixed to my vehicle stating that my my car was parked within the zone of Long Bus stop. However, there was no street marking showing the limits of the Long Bus Stop Zone, which prohibited standing or parking a car at this place, and as far as the authorized regulatory sign was located far from bus stop and located too close to the tree, it was quite difficult to determine the limits of Long Bus Stop Zone. There were no traffic control device, which prohibited standing or parking in the Bus Stop Zone. Parking Enforcement Officers (issuing agent) was standing beside, while I was parking my car, and did not advise me that the parking in this area was prohibited.
Could I request to consider the dismissal of the ticket in this case. |
