Question

Permitting Unlicensed Operator

What is the name of your state? KENTUCKY

I JUST GOT A TICKET FOR PERMITTING AN UNLICENSED OPERATOR TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE. I LOOKED IT UP AND I FOUND THAT IT WAS A CLASS B MISDEMEANOR. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF PUNISHMENT THEY HAVE FOR THIS. I HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THIS BEFORE. NOW I AM FACING A MISDEMENAOR. SOMEONE PLEASE TRY TO GIE ME SOME MORE EXPLAINATION.

Why are you yelling? Are you hard of hearing? We're not. The worse that could happen is a fine and/or possible license suspension.
