Point on my recordWhat is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? CA I got a ticket for a failing to yield to the traffic meter on the freeway. I fought it in court and won and my money was later returned to me. About a year later, I was looking into auto insurance and the quotes seemed a little high. I found out that I have a point on my record for that moving violation! How is it that I fought the ticket and won but still got a point on my record? |
