Prking tickets. Tag was turned in.

What is the name of your state? MA
I used to live in MA - got a lot of parking tickets there, moved to NY with my MA tags - got a few more over there, too.
Now, my car is registered in a different state and I have turned my old tags back to MA. Is there a way they can get me with the parking tickets on my old tags?

Parking tickets belong to the registered owner at the time the ticket was written. It will take someone just a few seconds to tie you new tags to the old.
