Puerto Rico Parking Tickets

What is the name of your state? I am in Georgia, but the violations occurred in Puerto Rico.

While in San Juan Puerto Rico I received 3 parking tickets in 2 hours. 2 appear to have been issued simultaneously as the printed ticket numbers are in sequence. The tickets were rained upon and are illegible. I have spoken to the car rental agency who referred me to a couple of phone numbers. This was not successful

I want to pay the tickets but cannot locate anyone who can tell me the amount of the fine. Can you refer me to anyone in Puerto Rico that can help me with this? I have also contacted the Toursim department but they have not responded. Thank you.
