question and advice


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? new york/ mass.

hello. i have a question i was taking care of my mother who was sick for 3 weeks and i left my car parkerd in front ofmy appartment in boston . i was gone for a month and my car was towed. before i could come get it my insurance lapsed so i couldnt get it out. and now my license is suspended. and i cant get car back because i moved to ny to help my mother. what can i do to clear up the suspention on my driving record. this happened in jan. now its june and car has been auctioned....sucks ikno but my mother is more important. what options do i have.

i feel stupid, but they didnt say anything i just got my driving transcripts and found out so im tryign to figure out my options cause a friend said im a owe a fine for them towning it and the vehicle not having insurance. should i call and explain to dmv and see what they say. my friend adviced i should get a lawyer.

I think my question is pretty simple: CALL THE DMV and ask them the same question you asked the board.

This is so important, I'll say it again: CALL THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND ASK THEM WHAT YOU SHOULD DO!!!!!!
