Questions about no insurance

What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

Hey, i was out driving my mom's car on sunday, when I had a brake light out. A cop pulled me over and I couldn't find the insurance card. THey said I had 3 working days to bring proof of insurance of i would face a $234.00 otherwise they gave me a warning for the brake light. It turns out my mom was in the process of changing the insurance and this was in the 2 week span that we didnt have insurance. If i go to talk to the clerk will i have to pay the $234.00 and get my licenses suspended

Yep, funny how you get in trouble when you endanger everyone else by driving around with no insurance. You deserve to be fined.

You should both pay part of the fine. You for being stupid enough to drive without an insurance card and her for not making sure she had coverage the entire time.
