rental car, no front plateWhat is the name of your state? CA I just got a citation for a ticket from 5 years ago. Its not from a car I know of and I don't know the registered owner. It does say "DISPLYPLA" which it take to mean no front plate. I did rent a car around that time however I was never contacted by them about it. The DMV has called me the responsible party. If this is in fact a ticket from the rental car am I responsible? I would have paid it if it were for parking or a moving violation. I mean what could I have done to prevent such a ticket? I guess I should have known not to rent from a no name place. |

| We don't play guessing games. Get your FACTS (make a few calls) and then post.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| I have written a letter requesting administrative review. I am just waiting for the reply back from the parking bureau. In the meantime though, I was trying to find out if a person is responsible for a citation for no front plate on a rental car. |
