    Reporting No Insurance

What is the name of your state West Virginia

How would you report someone who is operating a motor vehicle in West Virginia with no insurance? Who would you report it to?

I wonder, do you have an actual concern for the law here? or are you acting retaliatorily?

It's an actual concern. Person who operates vehicle hauls children in it.

You can call your local police department (please oh please make sure you use the NON-emergency line) and let them know and see what they say.

What do you mean, "haul children"?

And again, is the insurance actually part of your concern? or is there something else going on that you're against and the insurance issue is your means of fighting it?

People in WV, at 02:11 are REALLY concerned about "the children." Nope, definately not an imbred, trailor park living, hand rolled cigarette smokin,, nascar lovin, double-wide prayin', banjo-playing hick looking for retaliation...
