Seat Belt TicketWhat is the name of your state? NORTH CAROLINA I HAVE A PROBLEM I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK AND A NORTH CAROLINA STATE TROOPER WAS PULLED INTO SOMEONE'S DRIVE WAY WELL WHEN I WENT BY HIM HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BACKING OUT OF THE DRIVE. I THEN PROCEEDED TO PUT MY SEAT BELT, ON, WELL WHEN HE GOT BEHIND ME HE PULLED ME OVER, AND WHEN HE WALKED UP TO MY TRUCK HE SAW THAT I HAD MY SEAT BELT ON ,, AND HE STILL WROTE ME A TICKET FOR NOT WEARING MY SEAT BELT, I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS RIGHT, ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED Last edited by DALLASMARR; 05-07-2005 at 11:26 PM. |

| Turn off the friggin caps button, it's rude and considered yelling. Yes, seat belt violations are a primary offense in your state and you can be stopped for it. Nothing in your post suggests the ticket is not valid or illegal. If you want to fight the ticket, I would suggest talking to an attorney.
