What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota
I have a couple questions regarding a seat belt ticket I received. Is it considered a moving violation or non-moving violation? I would assume the latter hence why I posted it in this forum but I can never find a clear answer. Also, will a seat belt ticket show up in my driving record? I will be applying for a driving job shortly and want to know if I need to disclose it or not. Thank you!
