State DMV's are out of controlWhat is the name of your state? MD, CA, HI, NC, DC I've lived in them all in the past 11 years. After viewing several post, there is a serious problem with 7 yr old or longer tickets still on the books. The DMV is becoming the "IRS" and someone or something needs to get control. I stated in a previous post "SOL" that things don't stay on your credit report as long as some of these tickets have been following people around. I mean you can file bankruptcy and its off your credit in 10 years. This is getting riduculous. I mean creditors can't collect after 7 to 10 years, so why does the DMV get to collect or collect twice, because of their incompetance. |

| In CA it's only 7 years. So why is CA on your list? And you have managed to rack up significant cites in all those jurisdictions? Wow! - Carl
