Statue of Limitations

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? California .
I have* Just* recieved two notices of delinquent parking violations from 09/03 & 10/03 from the city of Sanfranciso . I believe these were paid over two years ago,, but I can't find any proof of payment this long after the events. Is there a statue of limitations on parking violations???

The local museum of modern art is a great place to find beautiful statues. They may even have a statue devoted to the parking gods.
