Statute of limitations in MD

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? MD

Is there a statute of limitations for traffic tickets in Maryland? Say the ticket was received, properly challenged, then the scheduled court date was more than 1 year beyond the date the ticket was issued.

There is no SOL once the court date is set. The only SOL is for when a person can be charged with a crime and this happened the day you received the ticket.
