What is the name of your state? CA
If street sweeping is scheduled to be done between the hours of 8:00am to 12:00 and the sweeper comes by at 8:30. Is it ok to park on the street after the sweeper has passed but before 12:00?

Ditto to Racer72's reply.

It is also possible that a leaf pickup service is coming afterwards (as is the case in my town), or the sweeper comes back through for some reason. In any event, if the sign says no parking between 8 AM and 12 PM, then don't do it.

And before you ask, no, even if you stand out on the street for the entire 4 hours and thus know for a fact that once it goes by at 8:30 that it's the last of it, you may still not park in that zone until 12.
