Sun Pass Violations turn into license suspension

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
Please help. My company was paying for my sunpass through my company credit card. Sun pass mail was being sent to the office. My card expired and needed the information updated. No one was responding from my office. I started to receive citations from the State of FL. Now they are charging me $200 for each time I received a citation for running the toll. I have 14 citations. My company doesn't pay tickets. Is there any way to get out of this by explaining the circumstances?

Did you not notice that you weren't getting the green light at the toll booth? You should have been paying attention here and not dodging the tolls. The address you had on file should have been one you were monitoring for violation notices.

If you are within the 75 day notice you can try contesting the citations, but there are risks involved. There are lawyers who specialize in these things at the amounts you're flirting with you might want to at least get an initial consult with one.

The circumstance was that you knew your pass wasn't valid, yet you used the toll lane anyway...
