What is the name of your state?NY



Picked up a car on Ebay in PA---Brought back to NY with a switched Tag off my other vehicle. ot ticket for switched plate: unregistered vehicle only. Court date November 17---- I have clean driving record and no violations. What is best way to plea to judge to get this thrown out or dismissed. Gentleman in PA told me this was OK to do since was on a Saturday. I immediately registered vehicle next day.

Best thing to do is to stop getting your legal advice from a hick in PA.
