Question

Teenage Driving Permit

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

If there is joint custody established and court documented, but mom takes daughter to DMV to get driving permit but does not devuldge joint custody. What rights does father have? It was indicated by DMV that this is a possible Class 6 Felony, is this true and what does that mean?

And under what statute number would this fall?

What do you think the felony would be for?

We will give you advice...you first, however, must give us information.

Why do you think this is relevant to a kid getting an OPL?

What rights does father have?

About what?

It was indicated by DMV that this is a possible Class 6 Felony, is this true and what does that mean?

Ask whoever told you this for the statute number.

Here is the form that must be signed.

It doesn't say anything about custody.
