temporary dealer 30 day paper license plate

What is the name of your state? Indiana
How many temporary 30 day paper license plates can be issued to a new vehicle purchaser from the automobile dealer? The dealer I purchased the vehicle from hasn't been able to produce the certificate of origin or title and keeps offering temporary paper license plates? My question is also, can a law enforcement officer ticket me for operating this vehicle on these additional paper plates?
