Ticket with an error in itI got a ticket in New York City for driving while holding a cell phone. The ticket was written with my address incorrect on it. I have heard that I can get off of the ticket because of the error but I have no idea how. Any ideas? |

The incorrect address won't get you out of the ticket ![]()

| You heard correctly ... except this rule applys to parking violations ... NOT driving violations. A cellphone violation is a driving vioolation
